Thank you to everyone who has visited my website. My name is Szymon, I am 18 years old, and I live in a charming village in Warmia, near Olsztyn. I have been photographing nature for 5 years.
As long as I can remember, I have always spent my free time in the forest, observing plants and animals. In 2021, I picked up a camera for the first time, and that was when my adventure with photography began. At first, I photographed everything around me: landscapes, plants and animals. Over time, however, my approach to wildlife photography changed. I started learning from other, more experienced photographers.
First, I would plan my entire day, and then head out into the field to put my photographic plan into action. I quickly realized, however, that wildlife photography requires a lot of time and patience. During my relatively short journey with photography, I have had the opportunity to take part in professional photography workshops.
Often, after spending many hours in the forest or in a field, waiting for an animal to appear, I would return home with nothing. I had not captured a single photograph. I realized that wildlife photography is unpredictable and requires a great deal of perseverance and calmness.
That special moment when I finally manage to capture the dream photograph I have been waiting for makes all the difficulties worthwhile and motivates me to take on new challenges.
What I like most about wildlife photography is the time when I am hidden in my hide, able to experience wild nature up close, completely on my own.
